Karrebæksminde and Enø enjoy a wellearned reputation as a popular holiday destination, with seaside attractions that are well out of the ordinary. There’s a perfect bathing beach. The little fishing hamlet is drenched in atmosphere with its seaside fun, camping site and restaurants, cafés, and mini golf. Here you may also buy smoked fish for your lunch or enjoy a refreshment while you watch the activity along the canal.

When the evening falls, you may have your dinner in one of the many restaurants, which often offer live music.

In Karrebæksminde and Karrebækstorp you will find art galleries with alternating exhibitions and in Karrebæksminde you may also visit the museum “Karrebæksminde Fiskeri- og Bymuseum” telling the history in words and pictures.

Karrebæk Fjord Design makes art glassware and jewellery. If you find a stone of the size of a clenched fist, Karrebæk Fjord Design may make a hole in it for a candle or a glass for a flower.
